Big session

Foam roll and band stretches for around 10 minutes. Felt pretty stiff.

Bench Press
Bar for 3 sets
60kgs x 5
80kgs x 5
100kgs x 3
115kgs x 1
130kgs x 1
140kgs x 2 Comfortable and first time repping this weight.
127.5kgs x 3, 3

Squats with cambered bar to help elbows
Bar x lots
60kgs x 5
100kgs x 5
130kgs x 1
160kgs x 1
180kgs x 1
195kgs x 1
210kgs x 1 Felt the best of all the reps
180kgs x 3, 3 These were hard

CGBP
85kgs x 10, 10, 10 Paused all reps on last set, last rep for 5 seconds. Conditioning is returning fast. That's +2.5kgs and 5 reps over last week.

Leg Press
225kgs x 20, 20, 25 Again conditioning is improving

Obviously felt pretty rested coming in today. Shame I couldn't get any footage of bench as my form felt good. Used the higher bench and my arch was better. Still struggling to get traction to stop my traps from slipping though. Double @ 140 was comfortable. Spotter was a rookie lifter and a bit nervous so didn't go for 3 just in case but it was there today I think. Squats felt ok. I psyched up more for the 210 and as a result it was the best rep of all. I'm working on being very precise with my walkout and taking my time. I think it's helping.

Overall I'm feeling pretty strong. Will be back to 3 sessions next week and all weights will go up again. Slowly edging towards PB territory on all 3 lifts.
