Front squat then...okay, just wondered because back squat to OHP (Overhead Press) would be a bit more dicey (dangerous maybe), but front squat works fine.

yeah,i m avoiding backhead excersises, like pull downs or military press etc
for that reason

i ll do upper lower all the week

i ll keep the same on monday and tuesday

i ll do some changes on Thursday and friday

should i do dips with upper or lower?
