25 FEB 2013

The goal is 6x2 on each workout

Squat 2x5 warm up
315 5x2 1x1
repeat next Tues

Bench 2x5 warm up
275 6x2
increase to 6x4 next Tues

Deadlift 3x3 warm up
305 4x2 3x1
repeat next Tues

Shoulder Press
185 2x5

Mon or Tues High Wt/Low Rep
Thurs 5x5
Fri or Sat Strongman Day
alt weeks I will have 4 days off so maybe throw in an accessory work
