Have you ever got the feeling that you just needed to kick your own ass as a reward and punishment. Well I have been meaning to but I finally had the chance to do it. So we will call the workout "The Deathlift"
Warm-ups are excluded

Squat 5x4@295
Bench 1x1@275 5x4@255
Deadlift 5x4@295
Push-press (start from ground) 3x4@185
Strict military pres 3x4@135
Front squat 3x4@185
Zurcher squat 4@185 4@205 2x4@225
incline bench 2x4@225 3@225
Jefferson deadlift (alt stance) 2x4@185 2x4@225
Reeves Deadlift 2x4@135
Close Grip Bench 4@225 2x3@225

I was there so long my wife asked if she was sleeping alone tonight. It was awesome, I almost passed out and can barely walk up or down stairs. All is right with the world...

Thanks, it took 2 days before I wasn't walking like I just got out of prison. I think that means I did it right...

Reorganized my lifting rotation to start with DL. Lets see if that makes a difference in how I do with it or if it just wears me out before I get to squat.

DL 5x2@335
Push-press 3x4@185
Squat 6x2@335
Bench 6x2@275
Strict OHP 2x5@135 1x3@155
DB rows 5x3w/100 and 2.5in fat grips

By the way I am in love with Fat Gripz. They have made things alot more interesting

I forgot to post a couple of days on here but they were rather unmotivated, so no major loss.
I have started doing DL first so that I can get more out of it. Prior to this I wouldnt be able to get my last set and wasn't doing as much weight.
Warm ups not included
DL
4x2@325 2x2@345

Push-press
1x5@185 2x5@205

Squat
2@315 2@335 2@345 2@355 2@365

Strict military press
5@135 2x4@155

I didn't get to bench because I wore myself out with the sqauts. Bench is lowest on my priority anyway so no big deal.
