Felt pumped so I hit my max for 2 on the last set. Gotta love muscle marinade and Holy Diver combo.

Putting on shoes 2x1 (almost as painful as the squats)
You know it's a good workout when you stand outside in near freezing weather and all is right with the world.

The muscle marinade is great. I feel like I'm crawling out of my skin and it is wonderful.

For some reason I woke up an my toe was swollen like someone broke in to my little apartment while I slept and snapped it as I slept. I figured "what the hell, I'll just throw in a extra half scoop of pre-workout." Suprisingly it turned out great after weighting more than 30 min for an idiot to get out of the squat rack (read more about that in "People that I hate at the gym"). Here are the numbers except for the warm-ups:
SQUAT
6x3 @ 315

BENCH
4x3 @ 255
2x3 @ 245

DEADLIFT
2x2 @ 315
4x2 @ 295

Cardio
about 20 min on the heavy punching bag, high intensity

It actually ended up being a really good workout even though I couldn't seem to walk because of toe and legs. It is amazing what you will put up with for something you truly love to do.

Tuesday:
Push-press 1x3@185
Shoulder Press 4x6@135
Close grip bench 4x5@225
Bow-tie rows (standing) 3x5@135
Tricep ext. 3x8
EZ bar curls 3x6@135
1 arm DB press 3x5ea w/ 65s

After gym I worked at Habitat for Humanity and carried dishwashers, toilets, granite, counter tops, and a kitchen sink. It was one of the best functional workouts ever.
