One of those days where everything felt light and easy. The 360 lbs went up so easy I could have repped it out easily. The 295 lbs felt really snappy and light all the way through the 15 reps. I swear I could have got 20 reps without much struggle. Rested about a minute, got my 50% set done, and then packed it in for the day. I wanted to leave that great feeling inside for the next squat session. . .
