I like the 1 Arm Barbell Rows because it's much easier to make weight changes. I use my regular Olympic bar and the Meadow's Row Handle. I'm not sure how much of the bar weight to add to my total, so I'm conservative and add 15 lbs to the total. Probably not too far off. Here's a pic from Elite's website. . .

I agree, the volume for rows was crazy, but it felt good to huff and puff and sweat. My strength has been feeling very good lately, I think the routine is really kicking into gear.

You posted this before glad its came up again. Going to order one this time looks like a great training tool.
Well balanced training regiment OR. Going to start doing some poly and sprint work for my boy too.
I'll be sure to give you the credit to my boy.

Hope your back up to full speed soon.

Great pressing and great rowing. Powering on as ever.

edit: By the way, how does that attachment (for 1-arm BB rows) stay on the bar? The way I'm looking at it (which could be wrong, heh), seems like it'd just slip right off. No?

Thanks, you will enjoy the ease of changing plates and all the different ways you can do 1 Arm Rows.

Thanks, I put the handle on and then put a collar on in front of it. No slippage.
