Stiff Legged DL
225 lbs x 8, 8, 8

Chin-Ups
BW x 12 single reps

Notes:
Squats felt light and fast, as they should. Everything else was just pretty easy going. Got a good stretch with the SLDL and the chin-ups were okay.

4 cone drill/20 yards apart/In a Square

Walk around - 80 yards
then
Jog around - 80 yards

Sprint around - 80 yards

Cool Down
Walk 1 lap and some stretching
