On the main lifts, I want to get 12 to 15 reps on the backdown sets. I also want the heaviest warm-up single to feel light and crisp. The assistance/accessory lifts just go by feel.

It pissed me off that I'd have to wait a whole week to get revenge for a bad session. Plus I'm trying to get as far ahead of my kid as I can because he'll be catching up to me in a few years.

Not too bad of a session. I didn't expect too much coming off a PR and adding weight on top of it. Still, 11 reps is a good amount to build on for the next couple of weeks. I'm happy with it
