Oh I missed another OR quotable, lmbo.
Great training out of both of you.
Your squat followup session shows an unwillingness to accept anything less than the best from yourself.
Hard work put in OR & JR.

I usually do stiffies while he does back raises. So yes, he was very excited to finally do the lift that I do.

Maybe it will catch on with the powerlifting crowd

On the main lifts, I want to get 12 to 15 reps on the backdown sets. I also want the heaviest warm-up single to feel light and crisp. The assistance/accessory lifts just go by feel.

Thanks Fen. They are strict standing presses.

It pissed me off that I'd have to wait a whole week to get revenge for a bad session. Plus I'm trying to get as far ahead of my kid as I can because he'll be catching up to me in a few years.

I can't wait til I have a Shorts Jr. to teach how to lift, that's awesome stuff right there.

Also, I am still waiting for you to send some of that pressing power my way, strong OHP!

Bench Press (warm ups)
130 lbs x 5
165 lbs x 4
195 lbs x 3
215 lbs x 2
245 lbs x 1
280 lbs x 1

Bench Press (work sets)
230 lbs x 11
230 lbs x 6

1 Arm Rows
105 lbs x 12/12
105 lbs x 15/15

Notes:
Not too bad of a session. I didn't expect too much coming off a PR and adding weight on top of it. Still, 11 reps is a good amount to build on for the next couple of weeks. I'm happy with it
