Did you know there is No vaccinations for the "Prowler Flu?" It can be real dangerous. I have caught the flu a few times.

I've not had the Prowler Flu, but today is as close as I've come. The active rest kicked my @ss! It was an easy half hour before I felt even slightly normal.

Haha. My kids are getting into the strange stuff Dad is doing lately. They love the sled, but want to ride on it! I like it a lot better empty!

I can't believe how long it took to recover from that session. Just tells me I need MORE of it
