Thanks Jio, I know I don't care much about my curls either.

Thanks for all the support MaB. My training seems right on track and I expect some good PRs soon. The new over-warm-ups seem to be fitting me perfectly.

Notes:
Just felt like squatting today but didn't want to derail anything. Light squats with a focus on form and staying upright was the plan for the day. I figured I could use the extra form work
