Squats and sldl's, hard to find a better exercise combo to blast the legs. Good job man!

Thanks Ravi

My PR on squats is 425 lbs for a couple of good reps. I am hoping to get that up to 440 lbs this time around. But really, those numbers suck for somebody that's been at this for as long I have. But given the condition of my back, I take all the gains I can get and I'm thankful for them. I don't care if it takes me another 10 years, I'll keep squatting

If everything goes according to plan, I will hit a nice PR on the squats and then immediately switch over to deadlifts and ride the wave to a PR in that lift too.

Yep, nice squats and sldls there. Might be "taking it easy", but it looks good to me.

To be fair, that's a nice number to be throwing out a couple of reps at, obviously 440lbs will be nicer,
Can't wait to see you get it

I have to say OR that you inspired me to take the same approach to build myself back up to a squat PR, as I too have been sitting in the low 400's for a squat PR for what seems like forever and a day. My next meet won't be for a year now so I have lots of time.

Today is Agility Day. . .

Unfortunately, my left knee feels a little "Buggered-Up" and I don't want to hurt it. I believe it was the deceleration of the sprints that hurt it as i felt a little pain that day. So, today I have to do what I said I wasn't going to do; I'm going to sit on the sidelines and bark orders to my kid. Pretty bummed about that but I want to stay stay in the game, keep sprinting and keep squatting. Presses and Rows tomorrow, so that will cheer me up
