Squats felt light and fast, as they should. Everything else was just pretty easy going. Got a good stretch with the SLDL and the chin-ups were okay.
Nice. Solid squatting session plus some other heavy hitters = good stuff.

I'd say "nice" conditioning work for the following session, but in my books, that's not nice at all, lol. Nonetheless, credit where it's due!

Haha. . .You guys have no idea how hard it is to get motivated to drag my fat butt out there and torture myself with running. But while I'm there and after I'm done, I feel so good about it. If it wasn't for the fact that I HAVE to get my son out there, and the fact that I WON'T be one of those dads that bark orders from the sidelines, I'd probably fall into my old ways of skipping it. My son thanks me for his strength workouts and I thank him for our conditioning sessions.

I don't know what half of these movements are, and this still sounds horrible.

Interesting stuff. I notice you said you've put some muscle on - is your overall weight going up too, stable, or coming down?

I fluctuate between 220 and 240. If I hit 240, time to drop some weight until I'm back around 220. Currently I'm at 235.
