Nice work man. I have zero motivation to keep doing stuff like this after I start. Keep it up!

Squats felt light and fast, as they should. Everything else was just pretty easy going. Got a good stretch with the SLDL and the chin-ups were okay.
Nice. Solid squatting session plus some other heavy hitters = good stuff.

I'd say "nice" conditioning work for the following session, but in my books, that's not nice at all, lol. Nonetheless, credit where it's due!

Haha. . .You guys have no idea how hard it is to get motivated to drag my fat butt out there and torture myself with running. But while I'm there and after I'm done, I feel so good about it. If it wasn't for the fact that I HAVE to get my son out there, and the fact that I WON'T be one of those dads that bark orders from the sidelines, I'd probably fall into my old ways of skipping it. My son thanks me for his strength workouts and I thank him for our conditioning sessions.

Oh, no doubt. I can do tons more than I used to without dying. That's my new definition of conditioned; not dying.

Set up cones at 5 yeards, 10 yards, 15 yards and 20 yards. . .

1. 5 plyo push-ups, sprint to 20 yards (4th cone) and sprint back.

2. Pogo jump to 1st cone (5 yards), squat jump to 2nd cone (10 yards), rocket jump to 3rd cone (15 yards), star jump to 4th cone (20 yards) and sprint back.

3. Bear crawl to 1st cone, sprint to 2nd cone, bear crawl to 3rd cone, sprint to 4th cone and sprint back.

4. 4 point stance held for 30 seconds, then sprint to 1st cone, 4 point stance held another 30 seconds and sprint to 2nd cone, then 3rd cone, then 4th cone, then hit each 5 yard cone on the way back, holding the 4 point for 30 seconds each time. Holy Crap! Those are BRUTAL!
I don't know what half of these movements are, and this still sounds horrible.

Interesting stuff. I notice you said you've put some muscle on - is your overall weight going up too, stable, or coming down?

I fluctuate between 220 and 240. If I hit 240, time to drop some weight until I'm back around 220. Currently I'm at 235.
