Really strong and standout strrict pressing as well -15 reps must be a killer at that weight.

30 yards per lap - 15 high handle/15 low handle
8 laps for my son and 10 laps for me

Notes:
It was 90 degrees outside. We were sweating like. . . really sweaty people. . .who just pushed a Prowler in 90 degree heat.

Bench went well today, got back to 20 reps. Strict military press for high reps is interesting, it really makes you drive it off the chest hard, fun stuff. We did the med ball chest pass against one of our big oak trees today.
