Oof, repping squats, not my favorite thing. But I figure that's why I need to do them! haha.

Those medicine ball back raises look nasty!

repping at bench presses like there nothing and solid squat reps to weight off road.

i used to do push up on bars allot i really like them.

It's been a fun switch to higher reps. I don't feel as beat up and I'm seeing progress from week to week. I can't wait to see what happens as I do more cycles of this and near some max reps. Hopefully the reps will translate into some good PRs and continued progress.

I love repping squats, probably my favorite thing to do in the gym. If possible, I would rather squat 400 lbs for 20 reps than squat 600 lbs for a single. I'm weird that way.

Thanks Lee. I like the bar push-ups, got the idea from DeFranco's articles. He uses them as a bench assistance. Seemed like the perfect exercise for my son and myself to challenge each other on.
