Spent the whole day helping my older son with his Eagle Scout project. We built tables and planter boxes. Took the extra wood and made a deadlift platform for myself. Ready to hit the deadlifts and get them back up to 500. Tough day, time to sit on my butt and watch some pre-season football games.

In other news. . .
OR Jr wants to lose 10 lbs to be a little lighter and quicker for football. I could stand to lose some weight myself. We have a bet to see if he can lose 10 lbs before I lose 15 lbs. That would put him at 155 lbs and me at 225 lbs.

I keep offering him sodas and cookies

I'm enjoying recapturing prior performance almost as much as setting PRs.

Those hill sprints should do the trick!
