Low Rack Pulls

1 Arm Rows
105 lbs x 10/10

105 lbs x 15/15

Notes:
For the Low Rack Pulls, I'm just using the same weights as my final squat sets and just hitting 5 reps each. The goal is to assist the squats, not derail them. I made the rows my bitch today, time to increase the weight.
