I find I cannot keep back tightness for more than 3 reps.

Notes:
I used a 16" box to judge squat depth today instead of my usual 14" box. My back was still feeling a little tight, so I didn't want to push it too hard. The Prowler pushes kicked my butt good.

Is that a Plymouth Prowler you are pushing?

Really nice training. I used to use a box all the time to train my butt where to stop. Worked a charm!

My son's training is going great. He recently squatted 125 lbs for 6 reps and pushes a 300 lb Prowler for 10 yards. He can't wait for football to start.
