Todays sessions was good felt good dam glute ham raises feel strong still one of my favorite exercises has definitely provided a transfer over to my squats improving my hamstring/glute strength.
Consistently long and strong sessions prstylee ... what do you eat brother ... keep charging hard buddy ...

Like the current volume probably do another couple of weeks at this volume as I switch to something more specialized. Currently just trying to get to a decent BF percentage before, starting g a nice long slow bulk process. Still surprised sessions don't take as much out of me

Yea gonna keep charging thru as long as I can, as for what I eat not enough at the moment (deficit).

Good session today felt a bit blitz at the beginning, thought that it might clear up later did a bit but not to much. It was a looonnnnng day too off day from work decided to hit up the last day of the Auto show here in the city....... so much walking and standing around has me pretty blitz since I didn't decide to take a break before heading down. It was not a bad show but sorta reminds me why I dislike conventions a bit with so many people, hopefully the nice weather keeps coming the outdoor activities usually make me feel better.

Long day's for me on tuesday forget to log until today.

Squats - Warm up 1x140x5, 1x190x5, 1x275x9, 2x275x8
Bench Press - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 3x245x8,
Barbell Incline Bench Press - 3x185x10
Lat Pulldowns- 3x130x10
Seated Cable Row 3x145x10,
Tricep Pushdowns - 3x80x10
DB Curl -3x35x10
DB lateral raises - 3x35x10,
Rear delt raises - 3x35x10,
Rotary Calf - 3x145x10
Deadlift - 1x155x5, 1x215x5, 1x255x5, 1x315x5, 1x350x1
Standing Cable Crunch - 3x80x12

Long day decent session still looking to improve on the bench but rather make sure for is proper rather than try to get good numbers up for the moment. Got to my Deadlift session was aiming for at least 4 on my reps, will have to get those in the next time I aim for them

You are doing some beastly work prstylee ... I can't even imaging doing these many exercise and reps in a single session ... Brutal work buddy ...
