Felt great this session glad with my continual progress so far, decided to take extra time on my streching and mobility work helped out last session back felt a little tight after squats today no problem. I am suprised I was not as tired as I thought I would be day off from work....... get suckered into a construction project for my mother when I come over to visit spent most of the morning demolishing her bathroom getting it ready for remodelling. Unfortunately I thought I was done since she had someone do it, sadly let her know I was off tomorrow too and got guilt tripped into helping out again..... sh*t. At least I know this week I will have gotten some good exercise in.

Was a pretty good day even with a long day at work felt good when I got to the gym forgot to log that night due to just getting home and falling out asleep felt pretty accomplished though. I have been doing decently on my squats and bench decided to switch up the shoulder work a bit to give it some assistance with machines felt them a little tight towards the end limiting some work to save up for a new max attempt on deadlift next week after my weak showing on earlier in the week.

Thanks volume feels just right for me eventually gonna lower it to focus on power build up but just taking advantage while it still feels good.
