Lower Power Day

Squats - 1x135x5, 1x185x3, 2x295x5, 1x295x4
Deadlift - 1x155x5, 1x221x5, 1x309x5, 1x319x3, 1x329x3
Leg Press - 1x445x6, 1x445x7
Front Squat - 1x190x5, 1x190x4
Glute Ham Raises - 1x15x6, 1x15x5
Standing BB calf Raise - 2x295x5
Leg Press Calf Raise - 2x295x6
Standing Cable Crunch - 3x95x10

Good Lower day today was a little more tired than usual, holiday tiredness kicks in. Deadlift decided to ramp up to a decent work set weight for the moment rather than try for 3 by 5 at close to max rep, doing so went much better on the ramp up so gonna keep that up.

Yup with slight mods feels good slowly making sure to keep a steady progress on the main lifts as I go.

Yea keeps it going and doesn't burn me out so that is good still feel strong and recuperating well.

Incline DB Flys - 2x40x15
Cable Cross Over - 2x45x15
DB Shoulder Press 1x50x9, 2x50x8 (new goal get these up to 3x10)
DB Lateral Raises -3x32.5x12
Pushdown Rope Ext - 1x65x13, 1x65x12 (new goal get these up to 2x15)
Barbel Skullcrushers - 3x55x10
Hanging Leg Raises - 1xBWx14, 1xBWx12, 1xBWx10 (aiming for 3x15 on these)

Day off from work went in felt good getting the work in early leaves me the rest of the day free to get some errands done.
