Nice quick session rainy day sorta expedited my routine, went to a nearby gym close to my job....... man was that packed so cut my rest time and tried to just get thru quickly to many people in the gym distract. All in all good session though switch from barbell rows to one arm just to give it a try for awhile, gonna aim to keep main heavy barbell work on power days and mid heavy on others leg day today inc tense walk tonight.
Great work P! Got a lot of work done for going fast and the gym being packed! Glad I don't have to deal with that! Keep working hard!!!

Thanks getting yesterdays log up today got out earlier than usual from the gym ended up taking a stroll as my cardio got home later than normal and fell straight out...... why couldn't it not be raining here in the city today........

Squats - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x135x3, 3x230x14,
Hack Squat - 1x225x15, 1x225x13
DB Walking Lunges - 2x35x17
Leg Extensions - 2x100x16,
Lying Leg Curls - 3x70x15
Seated Leg Curls - 2x90x15
Seated Calf Raises - 3x95x15

Legs felt good after slightly pumped but not so bad that stopped me from wanting to walk around most of the night, did feel it a bit the next day but much less than the last session so that is a plus. Squats felt great also heavier at higher rep range but keep good control and motion thru each rep so felt good.

Thanks yea there stronger the higher volume doesn't impede me which is a good thing. Switching a few things here and there makes it much easier as well, main focus is physical improvements at the moment so making sure I hit it well enough to feel it but not so crazy with volume/work that I can't walk found a good sweet spot so far.

Good session a little disappointing that I couldn't hit 3 sets of 5 on the bench but considering the last time I was benching 260+ pre-injury I was 185lbs and currently sit at 165lbs I is not doing to bad. Have seen some improvements on my shoulder/back definition which makes me happy. Also much less shoulder tenseness since changing routines as well that is also a plus. Hopefully next Upper Power day ill get that 3 set of 5.

Yea aim for 1 sec pause, if it doesn't at minimum touch my chest I don't count the rep and keep working at the weight.

Yea glad at where I am reaching again considering dieting down main goal is keep or gain at minimum on big 3.
