Man was tired going in late night weekend working then meeting up with friends for a bit of a night out. Felt like I could've gone for one more rep on the Bench but didn't want to push it to much would've felt like my form would degrade if I tried.

Lower Power Day

Good session hit a bit off a wall on the deads today but will get thru it eventually. Rest of the session besides the Deads went pretty good Squats felt good probably the increase in weight blitz me to much for the deads this week was a slow weekend so did feel a bit drained.

Nice quick session rainy day sorta expedited my routine, went to a nearby gym close to my job....... man was that packed so cut my rest time and tried to just get thru quickly to many people in the gym distract. All in all good session though switch from barbell rows to one arm just to give it a try for awhile, gonna aim to keep main heavy barbell work on power days and mid heavy on others leg day today inc tense walk tonight.
