Good session legs felt pumped as a mofo felt pretty good actually, didn't end with abs today due to just giving it a break since hit it 4 times this week. All in all good session with the higher rep scheme with the lighter weights on the squat helped make sure depth and tightness thru the entire motion was good. Gotta add more rotator warm ups on off days upper mobility work to get the comfort on front squat again bar position felt stiff went ATG on depth but top half felt a bit stiff.
Miss the GHR so gonna switch out a hammy set to add the GHR since I am aiming for lower reps on those days could overload by slowly adding weight and always felt the GHR have helped transfer over to squats.

Barbel Skullcrushers - 3x65x6
DB Shrugs - 2x70x8
Standing Cable Crunch - 3x85x10

Good early session had a nice tempo with the bench slowly adding the weight on there.

Leg Press - 2x400x8
Front Squat - 3x190x5
Glute Ham Raises - 1x10x7, 1x10x3
Standing BB calf Raise - 2x260x5
Leg Press Calf Raise - 2x220x6
Standing Cable Crunch - 3x85x10,

Good Session really early morning due to being off from work, squats feel good gonna aim for 3x6 next power day. Dealift felt strong since aiming for reps on a consistent weight gonna aim to get the 329 for 5. Not a bad session felt sore after leaving the gym a nice walk to stretch the legs and slow stretching made that go away so rest of the evening of to probably hit up a movie now that everyone is at work/school nice quiet theater.

Nice quick session focus on the controlled movements kept a nice pace today which felt good thought I was gonna have a rough session after long day at work, glad that once got going felt great. Going to increase on the Inc bench by 5 next session, and a few of the other exercises instead of jumping by 5 on the DB exercises gym has 2.5 increases gonna go that route keep the ego lifting in check.
