My advice is always to go for that smaller jump, but we all make the mistake and go big every now and then.

How come your doing Db rows instead of BB rows?

Whoa, my old log is back to haunt me!
As for DB rows, I think I recall it was something about not taxing the lower back too much.
Nowadays, I'm fine with BB rows, and will be doing them again on Monday, matter of fact.
My new log is titled "STR: no longer a dump stat", in case you were wondering.
And there's a new deadlift PR in there. 200kg. But anyway, this one was a bit of a disaster, due to various things. My new one is... slightly better overall so far, though gains are not as rapid as I'd hoped.
edit: Intersting -- Some lifts have definitely gone up in the last 1.5-2 months. Other lifts, not so much. And a couple (OHP and BB curls)... might even have gotten worse, somehow. :/
6'2", ~100kg (~220lbs). 40yo, training (with a few breaks) since my late 30s.
Squat 160kg (352.7lbs), Bench 112.5kg (248lbs), Deadlift 220kg (485lbs), Strict Press 75kg (165.3lbs)
