Weighed myself (with a bit of clothing, which I figure might have been a couple of kg or so)...

NINETY SEVEN POINT FIVE KILOS!*

What the... still, I'm not complaining. All this eating and lifting must be doing something, eh?

Last time I checked, not very long ago, I was at ~85kg, and not quite as "lean". That is, I can totally see mah abz now... for all I really care. More visible muscle all over the place though, which is cool.

Crazy!



tl;dr? Here's today's lifting:

Overhead Press 60kg x 9,8,8 [25/25]
Deadlift (ramping sets to) 150kg x 4,2,2 (DOH,LU,RU) [8/5]
Dip BW x 10, +10kg x 10,8 [18/25]
Chinup x 10,8 {23...
Pullup x 5 .../25}
Hamstring Curl 35kg x 10,10
Dumbbell Curl 50lbs x 6,6



DOH grip gave out after four reps, so switched to mixed, left under then right under. OHP and deads were fine, other things a bit more challenging than expected. That's the right way around though.


* So I probably weigh ~95kg, which is awesome.
