Off day from training but its been a bit of an emotional roller coaster for me as I just came home and found out one of my friends from high school killed himself, and his girlfriend (who I was also friends with) is missing. I was so feeling pretty chipper throughout the day today and that news really shot the feeling down....

Benching keeps improving which is a positive, and squats are feeling more comfortable as well. Very busy lately as I have 3 papers due this week and 2 finals. Cant believe I graduate a week from Monday.
