I can still squat and deadlift - I just haven't been getting in due to work and other excuses. It's no big deal.

Well my box jumping sess is out the window tonight... and indefinatly :/

As well as working in schools during the day I do 2 evening shifts a week (tues/wed) at another school as a fitness instructor in the schools community facilities. Apart from battling rough kids from the local area, it's an easy enough job and affords me some time to fit in a little extra training. Normally some mobility work and recently some box jump training. Have been moved to their new site now to work and there is no convienant matts to do my box jumps.

Anyhoo I will try and decided something to do in its place. The gym is rubbish. However it has db up to 20 and cable station and chin ups. Maybe I'll try and get good at bulgarian squats and pull ups..... at which I am shit at lol Or maybe single legged jumps onto a bench? I'll see.
