bench is sucking, what is new.

A1) bench

C1) pause bench

E1) bench, trying to fix groove

For whatever reason I am touching VERY low. Looking back at my PRs the last couple months the bar was hitting between nippels and bottom of sternum. Now I am touching below my sternum, my head is coming way off the bench, and I am trying to belly bench, almost like I am in a shirt. I am not sure if my pecs are tight, or if my form is just fucked up.

Saturday is a form day, gotta get my bar higher and keep my chest upright and stop good morning the lift.

A1) squat - working back towards the high bar again
2x2@405, last set both reps were paused

B1) camber bar GMings
2x10@135
1x10@225

C1) backwards sled dragging
3x2 trips @ 210

Was going to do abs, but ran out of time. Thinking about joining the gym a few mins from me so I can always go back to hit up my accessory work, since it is difficult to get it all in in the AM with the way things are right now.
