Scheduled to pull 2x1@485, didnt happen. need to deload and come back and hit it easy. No reason to have missed that pull.

Going to deload all this week and then do a mock meet on saturday. I will be getting videos of the lifts.

Was supposed to deload all of this week and run a mock meet on saturday (tomorrow), but ive decided against it. doing a mock meet will get me nowhere other than test my strength. I need to continue to build strength right now. So before I kill anyone I went to the gym today to just do a upper body - body building day.

Great attitude. I see far too many people taking two weeks out of an effective training schedule to test maxes. I test maxes at meets.

Thank you, I was originally going to jump right into Byrd's BIG workout plan. But I feel really beat up. New baby, new school, and new gym are all taking a toll on me. So I think I am going to focus on a 5 week or so body building phase. Not worry about weight at all, fix my diet, and get everything back on track that will help me reach my goals.
