KLA Single prong 10mm belt

Sucks that I am going into deload right as my stuff arrives though

haha yeah I know. It's just that I'm starting to feel some pain in my joints and since I'm only 26 and plan on a long life of lifting I don't want to overdo and risk a injury while everything is going pretty good at the moment.

yeah I heard great things about it!

So hmm since this week is only deloading and I'm basically doing 85% of all my weights from last week I thought it wouldn't be worth really just re-writing all the training days and instead just give a quick update on how things are going.

So yeah so far things are going pretty well but I still have problems getting rid of that tightness in my right hip abductor and it's pretty annoying. I'm already stretching and foam rolling and I am looking into more specific stretches to fix the problem. Otherwise I'm just really eager to get back to the real weights and to try the stuff I ordered too hehe. I hope I can make as much progress in my next routine cycle as I did in my last one.

I hope you enjoy your new toys as much as I do. Tried the belt the other day and feels really nice, a lot better than the one I had to borrow at the gym.

So finally done with the deloading and back into business. My hip tightness seems to be better and I keep stretching to get rid of it completely.

For this new routine cycle, I won't do much changes, pretty much same range for reps but I will do overhead press on both upper days and no more incline (really want to increase and improve my overhead press ).

The session today went pretty well, didn't want to overdo it though as I am just getting back to the real weights.

Here are the numbers:
Day4 UPPER

Bench press
warmup with bar
135x5 warmup
175x3 warmup
195x5
205x5
215x7 (First time doing that many reps at 215. Those 7 reps actually felt pretty good)

Dumbell row
90x5
90x5
95x6

Overhead press
105x8
115x8

Lat pulldown
190x8
205x7

Tricep dumbell press behind the head
70x12
70x11

Barbell curl
75x15
75x12

I think I might me able to improve my dumbell row and overhead press weight in a couple sessions. For bench I'm pretty happy how it went today, can't wait to see how it goes with 225.

leg session today. Went really really well! Made 3 PR!

Here it goes:
Day1 LOWER

Squat
warmup with bar only
5x155
5x175
5x195
5x225 (PR!!!!!!)

SLDL
5x135 warmup
3x185 warmup
5x265
6x315 (yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa PR!!!)

Leg press
670x8
690x8 (PR!!)

Standing Calf raise
340x9
340x8
340x8

Really happy with how it went. I'm still surprised/confused about my SLDL numbers compared to regular/sumo deadlift but I'm glad I finally made it to 3 plate on each side. I also think that now with mixed grip it really does help me a lot feeling more confident with the lift.
I was pretty tired today so I thought I would have a crappy session but everything turned out great
