We can tell you're excited...big progress coming soon!
haha yeah I was really excited coming in to today's session, finally done with deload.

I think I was right to be excited cause I just got 3 new PR !! hehehe

Not the biggest jump in weight but still, every time I get to raise the weight on the bar a little bit, it feels like a really glorious day to me.

So here it is for today session :

Day1 LOWER

Squat
warmup with bar only
5x155
5x155
5x165 (PR !)

SLDL
5x135 warmup
5x225
5x245 (PR !)

Leg press
610x8
620x8
630x8 (PR !)

Standing Calf raise
340x9
340x8
340x8

I think I might have to switch to a mix grip soon for SLDL, because it's getting harder and harder to hold the bar in my hands with normal grip.

So yeah, really happy about today session.

hehe thanks guys. I hope I can keep this up, I'll definitely give it my all.

I think I'll be able to increase SLDL again next week and I'm hoping for incline bench and overhead press PR too, hope I'm not jinxing it by saying that haha.

Sorry I got a little busy, so I will have to do triple post for this week remaining workouts.

This week went really well I think. I made a really good amount of PR and I think some other exercises might have PR too in the near future.

So here it is for my first upper workout since deload :

Day2 UPPER

Bench press
warmup with bar
195x5
205x5
205x6 (PR!)

Dumbell row
80x5
85x5
85x5

Incline bench press
165x8
165x8

Lat pulldown
190x8
190x8

Tricep dumbell press behind the head
60x12
60x12

Barbell curl
70x12
70x10

Only a PR on bench but I think other exercises are near to be PR too.

Now here it goes for my other lower day :

Day3 LOWER
Squat
warmup with bar only
5x155
5x155
5x165
5x175 (PR!)

Deadlift
5x135 warmup
3x185 warmup
5x225
5x235 (PR!)

Leg press
620x8
630x8

Standing Calf raise
340x9
340x8
340x8

Another PR on Squat and a PR on deadlift yeahhhh! Was pretty happy about that, but I still don't want to raise my deadlift too fast, trying to focus on my form because I think it might actually not be as good as my SLDL form.

And here it goes for today last workout of the week, my other upper day :

Day4 UPPER

Bench press
warmup with bar
135x5 warmup
175x3 warmup
195x5
205x5
205x7 (PR!)

Dumbell row
85x5
85x5
85x5

Overhead press
105x8
105x8

Lat pulldown
190x8
205x7 (PR!)

Tricep dumbell press behind the head
60x12
60x12

Barbell curl
70x12
70x10

I really never thought I would be able to do 205x7 on the bench because it feels pretty damn heavy to me, but the weight just kept going back up hehe.
Was still a little bit closer to failure than I might actually go usually, so I'll see how it goes next week, don't want to over do it either.

But yeah, really happy for my first week after deload. I dont think I ever had that many PR in one week ever before. I'm getting pretty close to my goal of 225x5 on the bench too, so I am getting excited hehe.
