Today I officially discovered something. I discovered that my SLDL is stronger than my conventional deadlift hehe. It seems kind of weird and I'm not sure if it is normal but if it means having a strong SLDL instead of a weak one, hey I'll take it.


Here it goes !

Day1 LOWER (90-95% for deload)

Squat

I have been a little busy this week so I didn't have time to post my wednesday workout, so sorry if I'm about to do a double post for wednesday and then today.

Overall the deload is going well so far, just hoping that next week goes well, once I go back to the real weights.
