Just a short and simple log to track my progress on the three major lifts. :)

Squat: 8 x 90kg

Deadlift: 6 x 100kg

Bench: 9 x 50kg

Deadlift is my favorite too, except sometimes I hate it. haha.

Squat 5/5/5/3 x 100kg

Shooting for those 20 total reps, maybe next week. Also, does anyone know why I can't edit the original post?

Nice squatting.

We have (I think) a 48 hour limit on editing so people don't go back and insert inappropriate things. PM me the changes you would like to make.

Deadlift 3/3/2 x 120kg
Overhead press 5/4/4/4 x 40kg

Somehow felt that my grip strength was limiting on the deadlift. Guess I should go for a little more volume with less weight until my grip improves.

use some straps on that deadlift, and welcome that is some solid training.

I recommend straps. I never let my grip hinder my overall strength.

Keep charging hard.
