Gym closed today so trained at home. Had to tweak my routine since I only have limited materials at home but nonetheless I was pleased with the workout.

Bench 4/4/4/3 x 70kg
Squat 8/8/7 x 110kg

Deadlift 5/5/5/5 x 145kg
Overhead press 4/3/4/4 x 50kg

Squat + Bench today. Squat was great bench was okay.

Bench press 4/4/3/3 x 70kg
Squat 5/5/5/5 x 125kg (incoming 130kg for reps, more than my last 1rm woohoo)

I love this routine, Ive been thinking about doing it myself once I get more work and less time to lift. Awesome work on it too, strong!
