This week was a pretty hectic week since it was my last week at my current school. I didn't have time to do a full workout wednesday. I figured since my bench press is my weakest lift I should probably focus on that if my time is limited. So I had myself a quick bench workout. Also just because I wanted to I did some low rep sets. Sometimes you just have to say fuck the plan and do what you feel like doing.

Bench press 3/3/3/3/3/3 x 70kg

Clip of my last squat session (sorry for the arse-quality my friends phone sucks and I forgot my own.)

Deadlift 5/5/2/1 x 145kg
Overhead press 3/2/2/1 x 50kg

Mediocre workout but I wasn't really expecting anything different. Was already pretty tired from my job when I got to the gym.
