As you can see not my best session. Have been feeling low energy lately, might have some mild form of food poisoning. Going to take a couple days off to recover. Despite the mediocre workout I filmed my 2nd set of close grip bench, on which I unexpectedly failed on the fourth rep.

Advice on form and/or technique is welcome.

Hi Kleur,

Looks like your hands are too close. You want your wrists above your elbows. That will save wear and tear on your wrists and add a bit more leverage.
