As for overhead press feeling awkward, doesn't it always? Only sort of kidding. It's a ***** of a lift, anyway.

Tested my maxes for bench and squat today.

Squat 1 x 125kg
Bench 1 x 70kg

Combining this workout with my last workout gives me a total of 125+150+70=345kg. Planning on maxing out again in about 3 months to see my progress.
