I wished I had started this at the beginning on here. Instead I now have to type a lot.
I started this journey in Jan of 2012.... Weighing in at a whopping 298lbs I decided I wanted to change my life. I begin doing P90X and after 4 months
I had lost 20lbs and went from a size 42 pants to a size 38 but I was beginning to get bored with the program and wanted more weight to work out with. I asked my older brother if I could use his gym to start lifting in, and he said yeah.
So my strength training had begun.
First Day in Gym: Cant remember the date
My brother wanted to check my max to help me get a baseline to work out with.
Ended up maxing 210 that night.
Didnt really do much of anything else that week.
I continued to workout 4 days a week in the gym, not really using a routine..just go in and do some stuff and go home at the time my brother was lifting with me didnt last long..lol
Was lifting regulary and started taking Craze Pre Workout(Awesome Stuff) and some ON gold standard protein
fast forward to Novememer 12, 2012
Brother had started lifting with me again and wanted to check my max..lol
Got 260lb that night, same night my wife got pregnant.
