My Training Log to Dytmatize 100K Challenge
 
All I will be puttingmy log hear as I train for the Dymatize challenge.
IF fastingCoffee In The morning
2 colostrum pills

12:00 Homemade protein bars

Workout was
Yoga
Skills training day so worked different hand positions to improve to one arm pushups and wall walking
(Very sore from long hours at work and I had to walk home that was about 5 miles the night before)
Post workout was sweet potatoes ,fish and lentils had chia seeds before and after dinner for digestion
I am laying off supplements for a week or two then I will start again. Just testing this out.

These are just some of my videos I used to train for the Juggernaut challenge. I am using lifeline Usa only for the dymatize challenge. Videos to come soon.

damn dude, strong beginning to your log :rockon: impressive outdoor work. definitely subscribed. i'd probably get psyched out of those bag complexes/kettlebell progressions haha

Thanks and no you start slow and progress. The transfer power you build over to the weight room is big.

Workout
No Time For yoga
E.O.T.M. for 7 Minutes 7 reps of 170 lb power jumper squats
Metebolic conditioining
B1) Dive bomber pushups 80lbs ressistance 5 reps
B2) TNT Cable Curl to squat 130lbs ressistance 10 reps
B3) Power wheel face to floor roll outs 20 reps
Finisher
C1) TNT cable 90lbs ten sets with 10seconds rest
Postworkout
Yucca ,Lentils, One small lion chop
4 spoonfullus of chia seeds
apple cider vinager
2 colostrum pills

Very happy that i have gotten stronger in all my workouts since I started the challenge
