One more week of no supplements.
Took two days to recover IF fasted both days.

7-24-2013

workout
Warmup eischens yoga
A1) curl squat prres with 130 lbs in cables 3 reps on the minute
Metabolic conditioning
B1) One arm squat rows 150 lbs of power jumper 5 reps
B2) squat to press with 80lbs of cables w ith tnt handles 10 reps
B3) Rear pulls to squat with 30lbs of cables with tnt handles 20 reps
Finisher
C1) Squat to press with 110 pounds of cables with tnt handles 4 minutes as many reps as possible
Post workout sweet potatoes and grilled chicken
Dinner was lentil and yucca
Apple cider vinager with water.

2-25-2013

Long day of work 10 plus hours exhausted but not done.

I did my IF fasting with coffee with 2 colostrum pills

12 noon had my homemade protein bars (Recipe coming soon)
workoing out was

5 minutes of 140 cable strict press for sets of 3 then the last set I hit five these are really hard don't underestimate that lifeline usa is band training.
metablic conditioining was 6 rounds with no rest of
tnt power clean to jerk
power jumper cable lunges
tnt fighters punch
finisher
power wheel wheel pick tuck to pushup as many reps possible in 3 minutes
Even without taking supplements I have been able to go up 10 pounds each week on most if not all band work and my conditioining has not dropped
post workout I had fish,lentils, sweet potaotes and two pieces of homemade protein bars.

Hey I don't train to music I had cochlear implant surgery I only have 7 percent hearing I add the music so you guys don't get bored of listening to me breath hard. The workouts are just clips of some stuff I am doing. But thanks for watching.
