Easy session. Was nice to not have to bench for once and take some pressure off of my pecs and regain some shoulder mobility before it starts all over again on Sunday

Absolutely a terrible session. Took me about 45 minutes to get my hips and shoulders anywhere close to squatting anything and afterwards everything felt heavy as hell. It was one of those days were you just put the work in and get out.

Monday April 1st (Day 2)

385x3x3 (Ripped the callus off of the middle of my hand on the second set which made holding the bar almost impossible)

Everything moved alright with the entire session, besides the fact that I ripped my hand open and deadlifting on Thursday is going to suck. Bench moved fast, but need to find a rack that I can properly unrack the bar without taking my shoulders out of position)
