I could always use some coaching. My bench setup isnt great, but its better than when I first started. I can get a decent arch and leg drive, but I have trouble getting tight. I keep my elbows at about a 45 degree angle and get my hands positioned so my arms dont break parallel at the bottom of the lift. The bar always comes down to my chest, and I lock out each rep.

This up coming week will have more reps for about 12-18 each set. Then the week after, 20-100. Deloading to work on form and hit the slow twitch fibers.

to me, it sounds like you're hitting the key points in terms of form. is your trouble with getting tight related to your lats? do you keep them tucked in throughout the lift (i.e., trying to keep your shoulder blades pinched together as closely as possible throughout the set)? it can be easy for 1 side to get untucked, especially when you're struggling on a rep.
another tip i just recently got myself (this might already be obvious to you) is never to let the bar come back over your face, especially at a low point in the lift. it's not because you might drop it on your face, it's because your mechanics in that position are much weaker. lately, i've been pressing with the bar 1-2 inches lower on my chest. still trying to find the groove for this.

Goin hard AF!

My biggest issue with keeping tightness is unracking the freakin bar. Trial and error...

Yea its hard for me to pinch my shoulder blades together on the lift. I can unrack it by pulling with my lats, but getting the pinch is difficult for me.

Normally the bar touches the bottom of my pecs/sternum when I lift. The only time it goes above my collar bone is during racking.

4x15 65lbs standing overhead press
6x10 20lb fat grip over head dumbbell press
then did a fell pullups and tried to do some ring dips, but was way to tired to continue

Did legs today before I got called away
3x15 135lb squats
3x15 220lb leg press

Got called away with a house offer on base, so I figure it was worth it to continue later. Got a nice 3 bedroom house with a 2 car garage and all the fixings. Lots of room for setting up a home gym as time gos by. Now I have to get more furniture and get set up.

Treated myself to a pizza on base called the carnivore. A dozen kinds of meat on a pizza. Then got some new monster protein shakes. Good end for the week.

The stuff we have is awesome. Will try to get a picture of the crossfit rooms and equipment.
