Well may be a while before I get back to posting. Graduated and got my orders. Getting ready to out process and move to my gaining unit. Could be a couple weeks.

At my new base. Waiting on housing and trying to get inprocessed (can take up to 3 weeks). The gym isnt far from work or the hotel, but cant go just yet with all the bad weather. Hopefully that will change soon.

Worked 10 hours shifts all week. Found out we get 3 designated days where we can go to the gym for PT during work. Went today.

The gym is pretty nice. Weight room, cardio room, bike room, indoor pool, basketball court, upstairs track, and 2 crossfit rooms.

Did a few light bench sets, dips, walking pullups, and battling ropes to help make up for loosing out on 2 weeks of gym time.

Starting Y3T 4-5 days a week, and crossfit style cardio 1 day a week.

hey man glad to hear you've transitioned over to the new base. pretty cool that they have a crossfit gym. is there a lot of equipment?
sounds like you did the right thing going light on bench press on your first day back.

We have a ton of equipment. Rings, sleds, kettlebells, plyo boxes, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, and other things.

3x6 90lbs t- bar rows
3x6 120lb lat pull downs
4x10 kettlebell snatches 30lbs each arm
Then lots of foam rolling

i've never done foam rolling. does it really help?
