Oh man it was packed today. Everyone was benching today, which was also my plan.
Warmup of 5x5 50lbs chest flies
7x5 180 lbs hammer strength bench machine (both flat benches were in constant use)
5x5 160lbs seated rows
5x5 50lbs rope curls
3x10 dips

Now chowing down on all the free DFAC food. Chicken strips and manicotti, followed by a peanutbutter and whey shake.

i like to do a few sets of low-rep curls, too. or was this just a case where you had a crazy bicep pump and couldn't close your arm?

I wish we had free whey, but we do have free all you can eat food, milk, and gatorade. Also have jars of peanutbutter I just eat by the spoonful. Get a sweet 20% off the already better prices of on base GNC.

Took a short pause when I hit 50. My run isnt great though. May be getting shin splints.

I have my own grips. Our gym has some decent things, but I still like to have my own equipment. Want to have a home gym eventually.

it's about a couple soldiers who died from the DMAA in Jack3d (or however the hell u spell it haha) and how on-base GNCs had to pull everything with DMAA in it. do soldiers work in the store too or is it civilians?

Dude, i'm so used to riding my bike and not getting much impact cardio that i get shin splints just from walking a couple miles. so sad.
