This wasnt really training per say, but got to do a parachute jump simulation yesterday. Complete with malfunction (line crossover, which can kill you). Was pretty fun.

Had a nice 2 hour session at the dentist before lifting today

5x5 205lb deadlift. Tried for 315, but felt like I was going to puke
25 empty bar box squats to tweak my form (high bar to low)
25 dips
After that I felt like crap and had to go sit down.
May try to boost my bench with close grip incline benching and dips over the next month. Been feeling like my triceps and delts could be the weak link, so I hope working on them more will carry over.

friday was pretty much a deadlift party

15 GHRs
225 x 5 deadlift
255 x 3
295 x 2
315 x 10 rack pulls (lost all my strength at the bottom, so I decided to burn out my lockout)
after that I did deficit sumo on 6in stacks of rubber plates
225 x 5
135 x 3

killed my hips and hamstrings dipping so low on the deficit, but im sure it will boost my numbers over time
