Was a bit busy to log saturdays training. Did the bear WOD. 5 rounds 7 reps consisting of using an 80lb bar to power clean, front squat, overhead press, back squat, and overhead press. Never dropping the bar or resting it until the end of the set.

Mostly did it for fun, but I am considering adding 1 crossfit WOD on the weekend to augment my 3 day a week weight training. The Beowulf WOD from crossfit Albany interests me the most.

after that I still had a half hour to kill, so I went around doing various single sets. Didnt keep track of them

lots of pressing but lots of variety, too. i see your 5x5 is going up, but i see you did 6x8 and a few other rep schemes. is that what felt right or are you following a specific routine? do you think the other set/rep schemes are boosting your 5x5 or vice versa?
