Good work out along with good numbers, how long was that workout? It looks like it was about hour and a half, pretty long.

My cycles were from Purus labs. A top notch co. with very good and pure products. The first time was epol alone and the second was halovar and epol staggered. The gains I made were unreal. i hadn't done bb bench in about 12 years sinc I workout alone. I tried 4 weeks into my 6 week cycle. I got 255x2 and at 275 I layed it on my chest. 2 weeks later on my second chest workout of the week i hit 335x1.

My strength stayed longer this time but started to really fall off about 5 weeks into my pct. I am still much further ahead then if I had not done a ph all year though. I feel the muscle mass is mostly still there but my body changed as well. On cycle I could literally see the fat disappear and my love handles shrink even though I ws gaining weight. As I started losing the weight they began coming back even though my weighty was less. My crappy diet did not help. I should have benn pounding down the protein and not so much fat and carbs.

almost all my workouts are 1.5 to 2 hr.'s. tomorrow I work art the gym for 4 hr.'s (I trade for a free membership) so I plan on doing a cardio blitz.

Not familiar with those 2. They pre-date my PH knowledge.

Purus makes good stuff. If you can find it snag it up before it's all gone.

So went to the Dr. today. The wrist is coming along fine but the heavy lifting is slowing progress. This I knew.

About the elbow he finally x-rayed. He comes into the room looks at me and closes the door. The door had been open the hole time before. I am also there on workmans comp for the wrist. He says the elbow is getting better and tells me what I have. idon't remember what. Then he asks me how long ago I broke it? I say what are you talking about? He says there are 2 fractures that are about 80% healed. Hence the pain.

I would take BC+EAA before and after workout... unless just taking after is helping soreness?

Well this seems like at least some good news. Now at least you know it's not something worse.

Are you going to take some time off and let it heal? What did he recommend?

he didn't say anything after that. I have to go to this particular Dr. for work. He just gave me some topical cream for the pain. It didn't really do shit. besides the fractures he said what I have commonly takes 18 months to heal. Nope I cannot have that.

tonights workout Back and Bi's

Pull Ups- All sets are with body weight 15x1, 8x1, 6x1 the last 2 sets are with a full extension and a 2 count before pulling back up

St. Arm lat pulldowns- 165x10x1,170x10x1,178x10x1
I superset these with single arm cable rows-178x10x1,190x10x1,198x10x1


Close grip lat pulldowns (first time trying these tonight and I like them)
130x8x1, 170x7x1, 190x5x5

Biceps
alt. Db curls 35'sx10x1 warm up's
DB hammer curls 50'sx5x5
1 arm concentration curl drop sets-50xF,45xF,40xF I do 1 arm all 3 sets to failure then switch to the other and do the same. I did this 2X

AB's
Rope pulldown machine crunches 178xFx3
decline crunches BWxFX3
Reverse crunches BWxFx3

Cardio
32 min. on the treadmill 17.5 deg. incline 4.5 mph

I felt pretty good tonight and my muscles seem very tight and full. To bad my left arm is really holding me back on curls.
