well I'm 2 workouts behind now. My cold came back and is really draining me. I'm thinking between the cold and the clen (no workouts since the 23rd till today) I've def. lost some muscle. Today I decided I would just do light weight but shit even the light weight felt VERY heavy. Also, on my last set of DB bench I went for 1 more rep and it was 1 to many. I dropped a 100# db on my rt. leg (quad). It hurt so bad I almost puked. That kinda screwed my workout for the rest of the day. I will post them up tomorrow though.

Get well. I wouldn't be paranoid about losing muscle after just a week. You should be good, unless you're not eating at all.

I've been eating a lot. A lot of shitty foods. That stopped yesterday. I need to get back on track. I just hate being weak is all.

Always hard eating well during the holidays - all the kids want all kinds of crap food. And I usually give in too - doh!
