mine's 100 mcg. I'm fighting a cold and I took some nasal decongestants yesterday as well. I'm wondering if they had a reaction with the clen. Today I did 50 and then 30 3 hours later and felt nothing.
I am going to run 3 weeks on then 1 week off with benadryl. I will see where I am weight wise then. I will be starting a cycle in Feb. so I may just weight on the clen till summer.

today was chest and tri's. It was also my first time using the Palo Alto ATP tabs. For those who are wondering what A product like this does or can do it's this. If you push yourself very deep into your sets it will allow you to go just a little more. Your endurance gets boosted and your recovery time is also shortened. It should also act as a lactic acid buffer to help with pumps. If you ever sweat to the point that you can smell ammonia ATP products help to stop this as well.

that's it I have a cold and decided against cardio (cannot breathe)

It was a pretty good workout and I felt good when I was done. I felt like I could've done more but I forced myself to stop this time.

well, it's gonna be a screwed up week for lifting so i decided to do legs today. They always seem to get skipped on short weeks so I figured I'd do them tonite. The ATP tabs are working. I can feel the difference. My recovery is much shorter and my endurace is considerably higher. I think you really have to push yourself hard to make the most use of this supp.

Keep up the good work. My week is screwed up as well, between trying to work, get presents, and spend time with friends - workouts really messed up this week.
